Cancellation insurance conditions :
Our cancellation insurance covers cancellation for any reason up to delivery time range start.
You
may cancel the order fully or partially through any written means :
directly online (full order cancellation only), by email, online form or
WhatsApp message (contact details here).
- If order is fully cancelled, you'll be refunded of the full rental amount, delivery and pick up fees (except insurance amount that remains non refundable.
- If order is partially cancelled, you'll be refunded of the rental amount of cancelled products.
After delivery start time, order is non refundable, full amount for rental, delivery and pick up fees, insurance amount remain to baby'tems.
