Being parents ourself, we knew the most important criteria was to get a easy-to-open travel cot (with this Chicco Spring model, you cannot miss the red handle in the center of the cot). We also liked its padded matress and the nets on each side (can be opened from outside only...letting you decide to leave it accessible to your toddler...or not). It allows to use this travel crib from new-born babies as for toddlers. And it can then also be used as a playpen.
So that our rented cots stay clean for all, we deliver all of them with a matress protector and a cotton fitted sheet. We also have sleeping bags available.

I used Baby'tems recently on a trip to Paris. We arrived in the mid afternoon on Christmas Eve; Camille kindly delivered the crib and high chair I would need for the week for my 14 month old son despite the fact that it was the start of the holiday. The items were clean, worked well and set up was easy. Throughout the stay there were no issues with the items. At the end of our stay pickup was equally easy and prompt.
Camille was very attentive via email during the ordering process and answering my questions. She sent several emails updating me thoroughly throughout the process related to deposits etc. overall I was very pleased with the service and items rented and will surely use this service again the next time I'm in France with my baby.

Our stay in Paris was so much easier thanks to this service! I wish all countries had something similar. I was flying from Spain to Paris for a few days and it was so convenient to be able to rent the cot instead of taking it in the plane. In addition to that, I have to say that we did not have much availability for the delivery and pick up of the cot, and Camille was just so flexible and kind that made it very easy for us. Both the service and the rented cot were just perfect!
